Here are some photos from the Faneromeni area in Sigri (Western Lesvos) on the morning of Mar 4.
The upper ford was less flooded that I would expect this time of the year and hopefully it will rain more before April.


I don’t like the lower ford with the new cement bridge, so I didn’t take a photo from there…
The coastal pool and the stream has hopefully received more water during yesterday’s rain all over the island.

Not many of birds but the winter visitors (all to leave in the coming weeks): Sardinian Warblers, Robins, Black-Redstarts. Also Blackcaps, small flocks of Rocks Pigeons and Jackdaws, tits (Great and Blue) and some White Wagtails by the wetlands.
A flock of 5 House Martins was over the village of Sigri around noon!
