The first day (afternoon) of Spring at Dipi reedbed also gave us 5 Little-ringed Plovers (Charadrius dubious) and a roosting flock of 14 Barn Swallows (Hirundo rustica).  At least one Reed Warbler (Acrocephalus scirpaceus) was heard.

We also held a tiny session of ringing- well mostly spent time clearing the path from undergrowth vegetation. All we got was this second-year European Robin (Erithacus rubecula)!
